Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do as the Maintenance Technician Manager</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop PMPs and SOPs and in coordinating daily tasks</li> <li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the facility and its systems function correctly</li> <li>Use key Project Management concepts and IT software</li> <li>Manage people on the ground</li> <li>Read blueprints and create basic drawings</li> <li>Spec new equipment for replacement or new installations (including but not limited to: piping, pumps, oxygenation equipment, electrical)</li> <li>Manage organization of spare part inventory and tools</li> <li>Ensure that fish-related oxygenation equipment is functioning correctly</li> <li>Perform installations, maintenance and reparation activities on Water Pumps, Motors, Air blowers, PLCs, and Drum filter</li> <li>Adapt to new technologies as they develop and apply practical skills for new developments</li> <li>Maintain farm machines and vehicles (trucks, forklifts, tractors, etc.)</li> <li>Operate the facility's water supply units and wastewater treatment units (effluent treatment plant, wetlands, aeration pit, etc.)</li> <li>Abide by the company's Standard Operating Procedures and other such protocols</li> <li>Loading and unloading trucks</li> <li>Understand and ensure the facility&rsquo;s compliance with all environmental standards, laws, regulations, and guidelines</li> <li>Pay close attention to details, especially regarding the equipment that is being used</li> <li>Maintain good relations with neighbors and the local community</li> </ul>
