Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provides assistance in all areas of HR, including employment, communication, team member events and record retention.</li><li>Maintains general office, front counter, lobby area and TDR kiosks ensuring that they are neat/clean, orderly and well stocked.</li><li>Handles Team Member questions/requests and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.</li><li>Performs administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, data input and research; preparing reports; ordering office supplies, team member/vendor badges, gaming licensing and renewals, etc.</li><li>Sources and screens candidates to fill existing and future hourly job openings. This process includes, but is not limited, to, reviewing resumes and applications to ensure job qualifications are met, and coordinating interview schedules for HR and hiring managers.</li><li>Assists in coordinating and facilitating On-boarding processes & Orientation for new employees.</li><li>Assists in developing and maintaining property communication, to include employee self service portal, back-of-house hallways; maintaining updated required federal, state and local posters, and other property communications.</li><li>Maintains an upbeat & positive attitude as well as a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor with all Team Members, applicants and guests.</li><li>Assists with design and execution of engagement, wellness and retention events.</li><li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>One to two years’ experience in Human Resources or office setting preferred;an Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>One year expericene in customer service position required, previous experience in Human Resources preferred. </li><li> Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. </li><li>Must have the ability to learn additional software programs for applicant tracking (iCims), employee database management(Ultipro), and purchasing (Coupa). </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks. </li><li>Good oral and written communication skills.</li><li> Superior customer service skills. </li><li>Demonstrated maturity in dealing with different levels of employees and the ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee data. </li><li> Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.</li></ul>
