Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. </li> <li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li> <li>Assist in the development and maintenance of player tracking information in the casino management system.</li> <li>Able to activate, approve, and make manual adjustments to a patron account.</li> <li>May be stationed as the second employee at the admission/exit turnstile area in addition to a Security Officer.</li> <li>Effectively respond to customer concerns and issues to promote player goodwill.</li> <li>Communicate promotions to internal and external customers. Perform and/or coordinate the pre and post event analysis. </li> <li>Coordinate marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments.</li> <li>Work closely with CRM to ensure accurate details are incorporated into advertisements and materials.</li> <li>Coordinates, organizes, and executes approved property promotions.</li> <li>Supports the development of press releases and media correspondence in relation to marketing programs or property advertising.</li> <li>Monitors calendar for promotions at the property following the strategy of the promotions department.</li> <li>Communicates current and upcoming promotional efforts for the guests, team members, and regulatory agencies.</li> <li>Monitors and responds to online reviews/reputation management for the property within established guidelines.</li> <li>Coordinate and track, as needed, groups responding to special and VIP party events. Dress in appropriate uniform/attire based upon event/venue, occasionally a costume may be used.</li> <li>Develops good working relationships and maintains effective communication with other departments to secure and maintain their cooperation for assistance with promotions and events</li> <li>Ability to generate new and unique promotional ideas and events</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Associate degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel &amp; Outlook).</li> <li>Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.</li> </ul>
