Responsibilities: <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li>Promote and maintain all steps of the Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.</li> <li>Comply with established/mandated deadlines.</li> <li>Complete efficient &amp; accurate data entry.</li> <li>Effectively respond to supervisor&rsquo;s requests.</li> <li>Comply with company policies, all state and federal regulations; and internal controls as it relates to this position.</li> <li>Conducts daily revenue accounting audits including cash audits and other related reports.</li> <li>Verify and record revenue through varies means including receipts, reports, inter-departmental paperwork, etc.</li> <li>Conduct Title 31 audits.</li> <li>Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company&rsquo;s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service.</li> </ul> <br /><br /></div> </div> </div>
Requirements: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<br />&middot; High School Diploma or Equivalency<br /> <br />LANGUAGE SKILLS:<br />&middot; Fluent English language skills, both verbal and in writing.<br /> <br />MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:<br />&middot; Basic math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.<br /> <br />OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<br />&middot; Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.<br /> <br />PHYSICAL DEMANDS:<br />&middot; Performance of work provides intermittent sitting, standing and walking.<br />&middot; Office environment.<br />&middot; Casino environment exposed to all temperatures, dust, fumes, bright light and smoke with the above average noise levels.<br />&middot; Bending and lifting up to 30 pounds.<br /> <br />WORK ENVIROMENT:<br />&middot; Exposed to weather conditions and prevalent temperature changes.<br />&middot; Subject to low ambient noise level.<br /> <br />Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
