Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assists in achieving desired results through established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards, and high-quality service. Monitor results through inspection, evaluation and analysis.</li> <li>Recommends changes in order to achieve and improve the end result.</li> <li>Safeguards the assets of the Company.</li> <li>Processes/prepares jackpots, fills and credits for table games.</li> <li>Prepares currency transaction reports and Daily Cash Summary sheet.</li> <li>Verifies vault accountability, credit line availability, establishes/deletes credit lines, and suspends check cashing and credit privileges as necessary.</li> <li>Processes credit applications, markers, and related transactions.</li> <li>Assists with collection activities, including outside collection agencies.</li> <li>Assist patrons in completing credit applications; verify I.D. and banking information.</li> <li>Assists with NSF payments, as needed.</li> <li>Supervises the duties and responsibilities associated with the impressment, drop, and reconciliation of redemption kiosks.</li> <li>Completes duties and responsibilities of cashiers and count team when essential in maintaining operational standards.</li> <li>Assists in establishing patron accounts.</li> <li>Approves manual adjustments to a patron&rsquo;s account.</li> <li>Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Argosy Casino Internal Control System.</li> <li>Responsible for staying current of knowledge and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of the Cage Department.</li> <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.&nbsp; Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to the Cage Manager.</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li> <li>Associate&rsquo;s degree (A.A./A.S.) in Accounting, Business, or related field; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Supervisory experience preferred.</li> <li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).</li> <li>Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.</li> <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.</li> </ul>
