Support operations by creating and maintain documents associated with team member attendance, scheduling, payroll, training and performance as well as information relating to purchasing, billing, and contracts. Assist with the daily operations in all areas as needed
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work independently or as a part of a team on both reoccurring and special projects as assigned. Projects may include planning and coordinating vendor activity and purchasing efforts. &nbsp;</li> <li>As requested, generate, review and distribute requested operating reports.</li> <li>Assist with written and verbal communication with suppliers and other agencies &nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist in scheduling and administration of payroll and personnel records for all departments.</li> <li>Assist with department communication: maintain communication boards and/or digital communication displays</li> <li>Ability to operate in all required operating systems</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist in completing Kronos and salaried time sheets for departments &amp; compile reports from Kronos as requested.</li> <li>Assist with labor relations needs; help coordinate proxy bids.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining and implementation of department training programs.</li> <li>Assist as a point of contact for the purchasing department, responsible for needed paperwork &nbsp;</li> <li>As needed, courteously greet team members, patrons, visitors and vendors, determining their needs, assisting as necessary or directing them to the appropriate person, office, or area.</li> <li>Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.</li> <li>Meet assignment requirements and deadlines.</li> <li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understand all IC&rsquo;s and MICS.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain confidentiality.</li> <li>Any job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business, or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>

Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people. <br /> <br />MATHEMATICAL SKILLS<br />Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.<br /> <br />REASONING ABILITY<br />Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. <br /> <br />LICENSING<br />Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law.<br /> <br />PHYSICAL DEMANDS<br />The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
