This position oversees wardrobe processes including uniform fitting, uniform distribution, uniform cleaning, and inventory management, and receiving processes including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory. The individual selected must be willing to work a flexible schedule, which will include all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Oversee the work processes and procedures of receiving including the assignment of tasks or apportionment of work to be done by the receiving team member(s), as well as; ensuring that proper wardrobe inventory is maintained including conducting physical counts, maintaining records of inventory, and preparing documentation as requested or needed.</li> <li>Set and maintain par levels for individual products and maintain inventory in an orderly and systematic fashion.</li> <li>Accept and examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices or orders to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments.</li> <li>Process shipments to outside vendor and arrange for pick up at receiving dock. Submit documentation of goods receivedthrough the procurement system.</li> <li>Arrange internal distribution of products received, stored, or warehoused, including delivery of products.</li> <li>Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.</li> <li>Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.</li> <li>Partner with Purchasing, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to assist with vendor billing concerns and open purchase orders.</li> <li>Contact carrier representative to plan and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.</li> <li>Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.</li> <li>Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.</li> <li>Deliver or route materials to departments, using work devices such as sorting bins.</li> <li>Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as hand tools, power tools, and postage meter.</li> <li>Develop and maintain department procedures and SOP&rsquo;s.</li> <li>Consults with management to clarify department priorities, identify problems, and suggest changes for improvement.</li> <li>Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity, equipment performance, and quality of service, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.</li> <li>Ensure that articles are identified and recorded as they arrive or depart including assisting in shipping and receiving, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to received inventory, and distributing items to team members with proper accounting.</li> <li>Ensure that all items are stored, washed, dried, altered, pressed, ironed, steamed, folded, hung, or stacked as needed.</li> <li>Ensure that all machinery including, but not limited to sewing machines are kept in good working order and are serviced or repaired as needed.</li> <li>Oversee the work processes and procedures of wardrobe including the assignment of tasks or apportionment of work to be completed by wardrobe team members.</li> <li>Coordinate staff and schedule special functions, promotions, or projects such as receipt, inventory and issuance of wardrobe items or other products to be distributed to team members including coordination and communication with other involved departments and preparation of any necessary documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate purchase of wardrobe products including gathering information, recommending fabric types and styles, and consulting with department heads regarding appropriate guidelines to fit business needs.</li> <li>Protect and preserve the assets of the company.</li> <li>Promote policies, procedures, and processes to increase revenue and effectively manage expenses.</li> <li>Compile information, complete, and submit reports to authorized management or Accounting as required.</li> <li>Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental or company matters.</li> <li>Practice excellent customer service skills at all times to include, but not limited to, addressing customers&rsquo;, vendors&rsquo;, suppliers&rsquo; and team members&rsquo; needs courteously, promptly, and professionally.</li> <li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Meet all departmental or company project and assignment requirements and deadlines.</li> <li>Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.</li> <li>Develop, attend, or provide training as needed or required including but not limited to sanitation, safety, and alcohol awareness.</li> <li>Provide for the safety of team members including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter and performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.</li> <li>As needed, assist team members with job functions as necessary for the efficient management or administration of business.</li> <li>Any job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business.</li> </ul>

Prior experience in a supervisory role.<br /> <br />LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS<br />Ability to prepare, read and interpret documents. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people.<br /> <br />COMPUTER SKILLS<br />Understanding and previous use of a Windows-based computer system. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Ability to navigate on the Internet.<br /> <br />MATHEMATICAL SKILLS<br />Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.<br /> <br />REASONING ABILITY<br />Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
