Responsibilities: <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li>Our Vice President of Human Resources, Multi-Property will craft and lead the talent strategy for Argosy Riverside and Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway. This individual will collaborate with leaders across both properties (and other stakeholders across PENN) to ensure the focus is on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent. Our new executive must have experience in a union environment and leading union negotiations.&nbsp;</li> <li></li> <li>Minimum three (3) years of experience at a senior/executive level, including experience in recruitment, training, engagement, talent management, and employee/labor relations, and leading union negotiations required.</li> <li>Experience interpreting and implementing statutory and or regulatory codes applicable to Human Resources and our industry.</li> <li>Extensive experience planning and executing strategic plans.</li> <li>Understanding for quality programs but with a desire to ensure the company&rsquo;s systems and processes are the best they can be.</li> <li>Certifications and/or direct experience in any of the HR functional areas is strongly considered, PHR or SPHR professional designation preferred</li> <li>Prior experience in the gaming industry is preferred.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div>
Requirements: <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university, plus ten (10) years of progressive Human Resources experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.</li> <li>Minimum three (3) years of experience at a senior/executive level, including experience in recruitment, training, engagement, talent management, and employee/labor relations required.</li> <li>Experience&nbsp;interpreting and implementing statutory and or regulatory codes applicable&nbsp;to Human Resources and our industry.</li> <li>Extensive experience planning and executing strategic plans.</li> <li>Understanding for quality programs but with a desire to ensure the company&rsquo;s systems and processes are the best they can be.</li> <li>Certifications and/or direct experience in any of the HR functional areas is strongly considered,&nbsp;PHR or SPHR professional designation preferred</li> <li>Prior experience in the gaming industry is preferred.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong><u>LANGUAGE SKILLS</u></strong></p> <p>Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
