Not a design role but a critical player on our Inventory team, New Stores and After Market Care Division. Responsibilities: <p><strong>How our new Inventory Coordinator will manage inventory:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively manage the graphics inventory. You will maintain the correct levels of stock for all upcoming production jobs and ensure safety stock for all active SKUs.</li> <li>Track. You will update production scheduling tools and issue reports to highlight upcoming shortages for graphics. You will update and maintain the graphics item master list.</li> <li>Implement processes. You will standardize the storage and filing process of the graphics repository. You will assist in developing new tools and processes to optimize graphics inventory management for New Stores and AMC. You will support continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Issues resolution. You will troubleshoot and solve discrepancies in invoicing, receiving, and inventory.</li> <li>Act as a single point of contact. You will liaise with Production, New Stores and Brand PMs to resolve graphics related inventory issues. You will issue purchase requests and track purchase orders. You will work closely with clients and vendors to obtain graphics.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>So, how do we know you are the new Inventory Coordinator? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. Ideally you have a diploma or degree.</li> <li>The experience. You have one year of experience in production manufacturing. You understand the level of detail and accuracy required in inventory coordination and management. You want to grow your career in Supply Chain Management.</li> <li>The technical skills. You are proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You learn new technologies easily.</li> <li>The communication abilities. You are well spoken and can compose clear, concise business emails with ease. You can effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers, clients, and other employees in the organization.</li> <li>The flexibility. You are a team player ready to jump in whenever and wherever needed.
