You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the department and manage a 3rd Party Service team dedicated to ensuring the accuracy of inventory at the Array Canada and 3PL distribution channels. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What our new Warehouse Manager will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Supervise daily processes.&nbsp;</em>You will manage all warehouse tasks, including directing product storage, shipping and delivery to customers. You will accurately manage cycle counts and track product inventory and available stock using our ERP system.</li> <li><em>Manage the team.&nbsp;</em>You will assign work, oversee scheduling, and communicate clearly. You will manage the department budget and identify the need for additional resources. You will play a role in the recruitment and training of new team members.&nbsp;</li> <li><em>Improve workplace efficiency.</em>&nbsp;You will lead the team in continuous improvement strategies, enhance existing operational procedures, and recommend better production materials. You will monitor, track, and improve departmental KPIs and staff performance. You will ensure that staff members follow safety protocols, carry out assigned duties and maintain general area tidiness.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>The skills you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>The education and experience.&nbsp;</em>You have 5+ years working in Logistics and Warehouse Management. You have a background in continuous improvement and an understanding of ERP systems. You have expertise coordinating a range of activities from inventory management to equipment mobilization, aligning daily tasks and department goals with organizational objectives. You may have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering, Business or any related field.&nbsp;</li> <li><em>The people management skills.</em>&nbsp;You have a proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence a team, building trust and strong working relationships. You have the skills to coach and train new and existing team members on processes and best practices.</li> <li><em>The personality.</em>&nbsp;You are a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role, overseeing people and processes. You are confident when presenting your point of view to relevant stakeholders. You have an analytical mind and can step up to the daily challenges of managing a complex supply chain, drawing on your insights and problem-solving skills.</li> <li><em>The global perspective/experience.</em>&nbsp;Ideally, you have worked as part of an organization with a global role scope.
