Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new Graphic Designer, Print Production will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare production files. You will layout artwork for in-house and out-of-house print production (Screenprint, Digital, Litho).</li> <li>Document. You will develop, maintain and follow a detailed checklist to ensure all steps are completed in a timely manner.</li> <li>Issues resolution. You will troubleshoot discrepancies in colour consistency, production time, etc.</li> <li>Act as a single point of contact. You will liaise with project managers, sales, vendors, and printers to resolve graphics layout and printing issues.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>So, how do we know you are the new Graphic Designer, Print Production? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. Ideally, you have a diploma in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Print Production.</li> <li>The experience. You have 3-5 years of experience in pre-print/pre-press production coordination, specializing in artwork layout. You exude a high level of detail, creativity, and accuracy.</li> <li>The technical skills. You have expertise with InDesign, Illustrator and using a Mac.</li> <li>The communication abilities. You are well spoken and confident while open to feedback and learning at every opportunity.</li> <li>The flexibility. You are a team player ready to jump in whenever and wherever needed.
