Overview: Responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the Company&rsquo;s Rental, ReNewed, Transportation, and Shop Departments.&nbsp; The Director of Rental &amp; Renewed establishes and executes the Company&rsquo;s long-term business plan for growth, staffing, asset allocation, and cost management.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Sets the strategic direction for the Rental, Renewed, Transportation, and Service Shop Departments.</li> <li>Responsible for creation, appropriate delegation, and execution of Rental, ReNewed, Shop, and Transportation Departments Business Plans towards the achievement of revenue, profit, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction goals.</li> <li>Responsible for the establishment and development of a leadership team within the Rental, ReNewed, Shop, and Transportation Departments.</li> <li>Accountable for the asset allocation, mix, and life cycle management of the Company&rsquo;s Rental, ReNewed, and Transportation Departments.</li> <li>Responsible for the execution of the company&rsquo;s physical inventory of Rental and ReNewed assets</li> <li>Ensures a safe working environment through adherence to Company Training and Safety Guidelines.</li> <li>Maintains contact with the public, customers, and other employees for the purposes of networking and information exchange.</li> <li>Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Proven experience in leading and mentoring people. Creates an environment conducive to attracting and retaining top talent.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead through change.
