Overview: This role contributes to the maximization of customer satisfaction through effectively finalizing the sales order process by providing accurate invoices and documents to our internal and external customers and suppliers. The success of this role is dependent on following established procedures as accuracy and timeliness are essential in providing other teams within the organization the necessary information to complete their own processes, ultimately contributing to the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities: <p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Generates customer invoice according to Terms and Conditions of customer purchase order</p> <p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Receipts vendor invoices and submits to Accounts Payable</p> <p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reconciles receipted vendor invoices to order workbook</p> <p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follows up with vendors for missing invoices</p> <p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Enters and maintains orders in the ACCESS database</p> <p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Uploads invoices into the Commission Database (CDB)</p> <p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Resolves balances left in the General Ledger Inventory Accounts as a result of the Invoicing Process</p> <p>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Resolves balances for equipment progress billings in the Deferred Revenue Account</p> <p>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responds to both external and internal customer and vendor requests.</p> <p>10.&nbsp;&nbsp;Contributes to the maintenance of all ancillary spreadsheets as the situation dictates</p> <p>11.&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists in the development and attainment of Invoicing Team Goals and Strategies.</p> <p>12.&nbsp;&nbsp;Generate Ship-in Service Team Invoicing report for upload invoices into CDB</p> <p>13.&nbsp;&nbsp;Provides G/L Distribution information to Accounting for ship-in Commission and Install payments</p> <p>14.&nbsp;&nbsp;Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.</p>
Requirements: <p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of inventory transactions posted to general ledger accounts.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</p> <p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Skilled in time-management and ability to work independently.</p> <p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Skilled in both written and verbal communication.</p> <p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and plan work accordingly.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Education and Experience</u></strong><strong>: &nbsp;</strong>This position requires a minimum of an Associate&rsquo;s degree in Business or related field, plus one or more year of experience in a business related environment.&nbsp; At least two or more years of customer service experience in a customer-facing position required.</p>
