Overview: The Contract Services Administrator will provide support, processing and monitoring of all long-term contracts with customers to help meet company profit targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: <UL><LI>Responsible for all contractual activities for Usage, Installment, Rental Purchase Options and CFPM contracts from order inception through customer invoicing</LI><LI>Ensures accurate and proactive communication with respective stakeholders and customers regarding order and billing process</LI><LI>Support Contract Services Manager in review of Customer Contracts, Supplier Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements and related legal documents</LI><LI>Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates</LI></UL>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business or related field a plus</li> <li>Paralegal Certificate a plus</li> <li>Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Excel</li> <li>Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses</li> <li>High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation</li> <li>Ability to manage changing priorities, multi-task, and exhibit an orientation to detail</li> <li>Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner and to keep all employee information confidential</li> </ul>
