Our trucks are powered by reliable Cummins X15, MP-8, and DD-13 engines, ensuring performance and efficiency across all operations. With over 25 terminals across the Southeast, Midwest, and West Coast, Atomic Transport is rapidly expanding, and we&rsquo;re looking for passionate individuals to grow with us. We&rsquo;re currently seeking a skilled A Tech with Welding experience to join our team. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Extensive background knowledge in wiring diagnostics.</li> <li>Effectively diagnose exhaust after-treatment systems.</li> <li>Ability to use diagnostic software to include Cummins Insite and quick servers, Diagnostic-Link, PTT, Allison and Bendix systems.</li> <li>Perform minor and major truck and trailer repairs.</li> <li>Perform roadside service calls.</li> <li>Prioritize and diagnose problems and plan repairs.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of each repair performed.</li> <li>Follow shop safety procedures.</li> <li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment.</li> <li>Willing to share your repair skills with other technicians.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have welding experience.</li> <li>Have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li> <li>Strong technical skills, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Pass pre-employment screening (drug test and background check).</li> <li>Have your own set of basic hand tools (specialty and larger tools will be provided).</li> <li>Class A CDL preferred, but not required.</li> </ul>
