Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Perform routine inspections of trailers prior to loading to ensure they are ready for operation.</li> <li>Move empty and loaded trailers safely throughout the yard using a yard truck.&nbsp;</li> <li>Pull loaded trailers from the loading tunnel and transport them to the designated tarp station.</li> <li>Tarp loaded trailers, including climbing stairs and platforms as needed. Must be physically able to safely walk up and down stairs multiple times throughout the shift.</li> <li>Continuously cycle trailers through the loading process to support efficient operations.</li> <li>Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns to management.</li> <li>Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum six months of trailer jockey experience required.</li> <li>Have a valid driver's license.&nbsp;</li> <li>Have consistent employment.</li> <li>Have experience maneuvering trailers.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Pass a pre-employment drug screen.&nbsp;</li> <li>Pass a pre-employment background check.</li> </ul>
