Atomic Transport is a leading bulk hauling company based out of Chattanooga, TN with a dedicated fleet of company-owned assets and W2 driver employees that specialize in waste transportation from local transfer stations to landfills. We operate over twenty-five terminals across the Southeast, Midwest and the Westcoast. We&nbsp;are growing and looking for dedicated drivers in the Bowie, TX area to help fulfill our local lanes. &nbsp;As part of our team, you'll enjoy consistent work, competitive pay, and most importantly, being home every day!<br /><br /> What We Offer: <br /> <ul> <li>Pay: $1,500 weekly Average</li> <li>Sign on Bonus: $1,000</li> <li>Consistent Schedule.</li> <li>Home Every Day.</li> <li>Paid Holidays, Vacation and orientation.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Safely operate a commercial vehicle from transfer stations to landfills, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Navigate and position trailers on a tipper safely</li> <li>Unhook trailer before tipping load</li> <li>Complete pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report)</li> <li>Immediately report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to Operations and Safety Managers</li> <li>Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and company safety policies</li> </ul> <br />Schedule:<br /> <ul> <li>Monday- Friday</li> <li>Saturdays as needed.</li> <li>3 runs per day.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Have a minimum of 2 years of recent CDLA driving experience.</li> <li>Have consistent employment.</li> <li>Be able to work more than 10 hours shifts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Have a clean driving record.&nbsp;</li> <li>Pass a pre-employment drug screen.&nbsp;</li> <li>Pass a pre-employment background check.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
