Responsibilities: <p><strong>Atwell Store</strong></p> <p>The Atwell Store is our internal digital storefront where employees can find Atwell-branded items for industry events, client gifts, and more. The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in coordinating and maintaining the Atwell Store. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with digital storefront vendor to source promotional items, manage inventory, and maximize the return on promotional item investment.</li> <li>Collaborate with Director of Marketing to manage promotional item budget.</li> <li>Understand and manage timelines for developing and purchasing materials.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Tradeshows, Conferences, and Events</strong></p> <p>The Marketing Assistant works closely with the Marketing Team and operations leadership to implement tradeshows, conferences, and events. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the development of an annual event/tradeshow plan and oversee plan implementation.</li> <li>Provide guidance on the internal process and event support services.</li> <li>Track, analyze, and report on all tradeshows, conferences, and events, including deliverables and budgets.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Photography</strong></p> <p>The Marketing Assistant coordinates and executes the annual photography plan, ensuring photography requests are fulfilled within the company brand and photography guidelines. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide guidance on the internal process, photography guidelines, and Atwell-approved photographers.</li> <li>Assist in the development of an annual photography plan and oversee implementation of the plan.</li> <li>Research and identify local outsourced photographers.</li> <li>Coordinate and execute project photography including client permissions, shot list, schedule, and cost.</li> <li>Ensure all photos are uploaded to our digital asset management system in a timely manner.</li> <li>Track, analyze, and report on all photography initiatives, including deliverables and budgets.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Administrative</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organize internal marketing databases and keep content updated.</li> <li>Manage coordination of external vendors.</li> <li>Support Marketing and Communications leadership with additional administrative needs.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong><u>Your capabilities and credentials<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Independently motivated to drive projects forward and complete tasks well without minimal oversight.</li> <li>Successfully manages multiple projects and competing priorities and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.</li> <li>Effectively communicates with management, team members, vendors, and operational partners.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong><u>Education and experience</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Post-secondary degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related.</li> <li>2-5 years of experience in an administrative, event planning, or marketing-related field.</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.</li> </ul> <br /> <p>&nbsp;</p>
