Responsibilities: <strong>Project Management:<br /></strong> <ul> <li>Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.</li> <li>Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project duration.</li> <li>Oversee contract procurement, administration, and project coordination.</li> </ul> <strong>Technical Expertise:<br /></strong> <ul> <li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.</li> <li>Possess expertise in potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design.</li> <li>Guide projects from entitlements through construction phases.</li> </ul> <strong>Permitting and Entitlements:<br /></strong> <ul> <li>Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, with a preference for local experience.</li> <li>Develop and execute complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for diverse projects, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.</li> </ul> <strong>Client Engagement:<br /></strong> <ul> <li>Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company's profile and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients and governmental agencies (local experience preferred).</li> </ul> <strong>Team Leadership:<br /></strong> <ul> <li>Train, lead, and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and project success.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.</li> <li>PE Licensure Required.</li> <li>Candidates with relevant work experience in Florida preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, SewerCAD, ICPR4 knowledge preferred.</li> </ul>
