Responsibilities: <ul> <li><strong>Identification and Review of Trends:</strong>&nbsp;You will be responsible for identifying and reviewing trends across the program, including analyzing performance standards and quality control processes to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy in our operations.</li> <li><strong>Data Collection and Analysis:</strong>&nbsp;Your role involves collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and preparing various types of data such as production data, damage surveys, and other relevant information necessary for calculating payments.</li> <li><strong>Payment Calculations:</strong>&nbsp;You will calculate and summarize information used in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual royalty, option, crop, and damage payments. This requires a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.</li> <li><strong>Payment Funding Requests:</strong>&nbsp;You will create, forecast, and calculate payment funding requests, ensuring that all financial requirements are anticipated and met in a timely manner.</li> <li><strong>Development and Oversight of Trackers:</strong>&nbsp;You will develop and provide oversight and quality review on program trackers utilized for developing payment calculations. This involves ensuring that all tracking systems are up-to-date and accurately reflect the financial status of our projects.</li> <li><strong>Document Management Coordination:</strong>&nbsp;In addition to your financial responsibilities, you will serve as a Document Management Coordinator, ensuring the accuracy and quality of documents. This includes final quality assurance review, effective communication with teams for supporting documentation, and thorough reviews of deeds, titles, appraisals, and other supporting documents.</li> <li><strong>Workflow and Database Management</strong>: You will oversee land ownership contact research, preparation of landowner packets, project event planning, and engagement with project databases such as geoAMPS. Maintaining and reviewing workflow efficiency within the team is also a critical part of your role.</li> <li><strong>Client and Team Communication:</strong>&nbsp;You will communicate team priorities and conflicts to the Team Leader and Project Managers and foster positive relationships with clients accurate and timely communication.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Project Material Organization:</strong>&nbsp;Collecting, organizing, and maintaining project materials in accordance with Atwell's project file procedures will also be part of your responsibilities.</li> <li><strong>Reporting and Compliance:</strong>&nbsp;Regularly reporting monthly invoice fee totals for various projects and tasks as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, printers, fax machines, etc., and consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.</li> </ul>
