Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert in report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and due diligence/site analysis reports.</li> <li>Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments on time and within Atwell standards.</li> <li>Mentor junior staff and assist with technical questions related to Land Development projects.</li> <li>Provide quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on all project deliverables.</li> <li>Review and seal project documents to ensure compliance with engineering standards.</li> <li>Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions and factors to consider for development, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.</li> <li>Complete edits and modify plans as revised by agencies, municipalities, and clients as directed.</li> <li>Communicate with Project Managers and Team Leaders on workflow status to meet chargeability goals.</li> <li>Contribute to achieving the financial objectives of the team.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering.</li> <li>PE required.</li> <li>12+ years of previous experience in Residential, Commercial, or Industrial Land Development.</li> </ul>
