Responsibilities: <p><strong>Landscape Architecture:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design Leadership: Lead and manage the design process for landscape architecture projects, ensuring they align with client objectives, environmental sustainability, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including client interactions, project schedules, budget control, and quality assurance.</li> <li>Site Analysis: Conduct site assessments, environmental impact studies, and feasibility studies, and incorporate findings into design solutions.</li> <li>Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and innovative landscape design concepts, master plans, and construction documents.</li> <li>Client Engagement: Maintain open and positive communication with clients, seeking feedback and providing updates on project progress.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Business Development:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and market conditions, identifying opportunities for business growth.</li> <li>Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting the firm's capabilities and services.</li> <li>Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and project presentations to clients, highlighting the firm's strengths and competitive advantages.</li> <li>Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.</li> <li>Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand the professional network.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.</li> <li>State licensure as a Landscape Architect (preferred).</li> <li>Proven experience in landscape architecture and project management.</li> <li>Strong design and presentation skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of industry-specific software and design tools.</li> <li>Business acumen and a strategic mindset.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</li> </ul>
