Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Maintain a high level of professional and ethical practice as established through the state of Wisconsin and related professional organizations (ie. ACSW, Association of MFT, etc.)</li> <li>Maintain and conduct practice consistent with overall philosophy of the agency</li> <li>Develop treatment plans, monitor treatment progress, and provide follow-up services</li> <li>Consult with peers, supervisors, and other professionals regarding cases, treatment plans, interventions, approaches, etc.</li> <li>Attend staff meetings as required</li> <li>Demonstrate positive working relationships with consumers, staff, and other professionals</li> <li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with Agency policy and state requirements</li> <li>Write reports that conform to prescribed style and format</li> <li>Effectively present information to management, staff, and other organizational groups</li> <li>Promote positive consumer relations</li> <li>Assume on-call duties as assigned</li> <li>Provide consultation/education to the community as needed</li> <li>Maintain all professional licensing requirements (i.e. continuing education credits)</li> <li>Complete agency training</li> <li>Market agency products/services and provide community presentations as needed to build referral base</li> <li>Maintain consumer confidentiality standard consistent with HIPAA regulations</li> <li>Assess crisis situations, intervene appropriately, and work autonomously</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
