Overview: Advocate for employment development to improve independence. Ensure that consumer&rsquo;s employment goal is clear, well defined, and achievable. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide job-skill training/coaching to help consumers acquire and maintain independent employment</li> <li>Implement consumer&rsquo;s individual employment plan</li> <li>Monitor employment progress by completing assessment activities that determine skill level, and identify existing or new barriers</li> <li>Complete daily reports and documentation based on observations of work performance, goal progress, job coaching hours, and any additional supportive information</li> <li></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Attend scheduled meetings/trainings and communicate professionally</li> <li>Protect consumer confidentiality</li> <li>Comply with all ARA and employment site safety standards</li> <li>Identify and report work hazards</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
