Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide job-skill training/coaching to help consumers acquire and maintain independent employment.</li> <li>Implement consumer&rsquo;s individual employment plan.</li> <li>Monitor employment progress by completing assessment activities that determine skill level, and identify existing or new barriers.</li> <li>Complete daily/monthly reports and documentation based on observations of work performance, goal progress, job coaching hours, and any additional supportive information.</li> <li>Attend scheduled meetings/trainings and communicate professionally.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Protect consumer confidentiality.</li> <li>Comply with all ARA and employment site safety standards.</li> <li>Assist with personal care/medical needs as directed by supervisor.</li> <li>Identify and report work hazards.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
