Overview: <p>As our Recruiting team grows, we need a new teammate to support both national and international hiring. We facilitate and support the hiring process across all business units for sales, technology, finance, marketing, design, and supply chain operations.</p> <p>Roles you will recruit against are entry, mid and executive level position. We are looking for a self-starter, who takes action and is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders. &nbsp;BDA is constantly evolving, so we need someone who is comfortable adapting to change.</p> <p>You will report to the Recruiting Director and sit on the Talent Acquisition Recruiting team. You will maximize partnerships with university relations, diversity sourcing, coordination</p>
Responsibilities: <p>As our Sr. Recruiter, you will build relationships to understand BDA&rsquo;s continually evolving Marketing Merchandise and technology organizations!</p> <p>You&rsquo;ll develop unique recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders, along with a focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement. You will build and manage progressive strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend the world&rsquo;s top talent.</p> <p>You'll provide subject matter expertise on BDA&rsquo;s recruitment processes and champion changes in process or philosophy! You will lead the process of developing and executing an exhaustive recruitment strategy working with Human Resources Business Partners and Business Unit Leaders. You'll use broad market knowledge and creative networking to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities.</p>
Requirements: <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Qualifications</h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <p>8+ years&rsquo; experience Full cycle agency and/or in-house Recruiting</p> <p>3+ years&rsquo; experience as Lead Recruiter/Team Leadership</p> <p><strong>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communications skills to all levels of organization (focus on C-level, VP and Director-level)</li> <li>Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and engaging with passive operations candidates and networks.</li> <li>Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within unique functional skillsets.</li> <li>Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity.</li> <li>Organization and attention to details</li> <li>Focused and able to prioritize</li> <li>Excellent computer Skills to include Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Strong ability to manage up with hiring managers for facilitate scheduling, interview process, feedback</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Travel required: Minimal</p> <p>Financial/budgetary responsibility: Yes</p> <p>Strategic planning responsibilities: Yes</p> <p>Number of direct reports: 0-2</p> </div> </div> </div>
