Overview: ABOUT BDA<br />BDA brings the world’s biggest brands to life through promotional merchandise. Fortune 500 companies come to us looking to connect with their consumers on an emotional level. We create three-dimensional advertising that people invite into their homes, offices, cars and classrooms. We let people see, touch, feel, own and interact with a brand in a way no other marketing permits. It’s what we like to call the Power of Merchandise.<br /> <br />The Program Coordinator is backbones support to the Program Manager in assuring BDA programs run smoothly. Working with cross functional teams, the PC monitors inventory, pulls reports, identifies trends and adjusts the data so clients are able to see actionable intel.<br /> <br />
Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide administrative support on assigned program(s)</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and liquidation of discontinued stock, inform Program Manager of potential problems</li><li>Monitor program timeline, elevate variances to Program Manager for resolution</li><li>May be responsible for monitoring channel performance including, but not limited to:</li><ul><li>Key drivers/top sellers</li><li>“Specials of the week”</li><li>Inventory levels</li><li>Support all channel selling efforts as assigned</li></ul><li>Responsible for taking and disseminating minutes from weekly team meetings to all client-team members and to management</li><li>Audit program details prior to launch</li><li>Assist Program Manager (as assigned) in achieving the following: </li><ul><li>Manage all aspects of programs, utilizing BD&A’s retail process, on assigned accounts</li><li>Work with Merchandising to develop product lines appropriate to client needs</li><li>Work with Publication Development to produce catalogs and websites</li><li>Coordinate client reporting with data management department</li></ul><li>Other job duties and projects as assigned</li></ul>Travel Required? Requirements: Experience Requirements<br /> <ul> <li>Knowledge of catalog/web/retail programs preferred</li> <li>Sales/Account Management/ Client Service experience preferred</li> <li>Experience performing in an administrative support role preferred</li> <li>Customer service oriented</li> <li>College degree preferred but not required</li> </ul> Job Skills &amp; Traits<br /> <ul> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/assignments</li> <li>Ability to meet deadlines</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both internally and externally</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills</li> <li>Excellent organization and attention to details a must</li> <li>Ability to create documents and spreadsheets utilizing MS Office Software</li> </ul>
