Proposal Manager

Most companies claim to have the best people. We say to them, "Keep dreaming." Our people are second to none. They set us apart with their entrepreneurial spirit, ambition and an unhealthy obsession with Halloween. (Have you seen the pictures?) They come to us from the likes of Amazon, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Starbucks and the sports world, bringing energy, bold ideas and a willingness to dive into the unfamiliar. It's our people that make BDA one of Seattle's 100 Best Companies to Work for.

Overview:
BDA: The Overview

Behind that new Orangetheory Fitness shirt you’re coveting, the latest Kraken memorabilia, the Mariners bobblehead you’re eyeing, or the seasonal Starbucks Barista Bear, there’s a team of designers, logistics experts, purchasing specialists, account managers, licensing professionals, and hundreds of other people that made those ideas a reality. BDA is that team.

BDA is in the business of marketing and merchandise is our medium. Since 1984, our organization has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Mercedes-Benz, GE, Bank of America, Chick-fil-A, Nintendo, FedEx, Boeing, Unilever, Coca-Cola, and MGM to distinguish their companies among the competition. We let people see, touch, feel, own, and interact with a brand in a way no other marketing method permits.

Our people are second to none. They set us apart with their entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and an unhealthy obsession with Halloween. (Have you seen the pictures?) They come to us from the likes of Amazon, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Starbucks, and the sports world, bringing energy, bold ideas, and a willingness to dive into the unfamiliar. It's our people that make BDA a place you'll want to stay.

We take great pride in our company culture—one that inspires teamwork, fun, and excellence across our organization. We’re energetic people who love what we do—churning out more than 50 million products each year for the world’s most admired brands in a fun, fast-paced environment that rewards high achievement.

Our Team

BDA’s New Business Development team helps drive the company’s growth; we respond to Request for Proposals, client renewals, and develop presentations to highlight the organization's capabilities and expertise.
