Overview: The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high energy organization. The RC is an integral partner in hiring our temporary and permanent employees and acts as a brand ambassador, often giving candidates their first impression of BDA. This role will work within the global organization, sourcing positions for our distribution center in Plainfield. <br /> <br />This candidate will have a love of technology and organization with a passion for process efficiency. The RC works effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, can pivot at a moment’s notice. The RC supports the Recruiting Team in offer creation and candidate onboarding. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Source, review resumes and interview temporary to permanent and entry-level permanent positions</li><li>Coordinate with agency partners to sources candidates in our US and International offices</li><li>Identify and engage new agency partners as needed to fill open positions</li><li>Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers</li><li>Draft all outgoing employment offers for team and coordinate with VP-HR for approvals</li><li>Arranging travel for visiting candidates</li><li>Coordinate onboarding activities for all new hires that includes employment documentation, background checks, reference checks and new hire correspondence</li><li>Create new hire employment files in databases</li><li>Coordinate Recruiting team invoices for payment </li><li>Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity</li></ul><ul><li>Mintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with internal and external partners</li><li>React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround</li><li>Think ahead and troubleshoot, identify ways to improve and/or automate current process</li><li>Work on company events and other HR projects as assigned</li></ul> <br />Travel: Limited<br />Financial/Budgetary Responsibility: No<br />Strategic Planning Responsibility: No<br />Direct Reports: None<br />
Requirements: <br /> <br /><li>Minimum 6-months Recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment</li><li>Applicant Tracking System experience preferred</li></ul> <br />Job Skills & Traits<br /> <br /><li>Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint</li><li>Self-starter -Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects</li><li>Loves delivering excellent customer service to internal and external partners</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal skills</li><li>Ability to pivot at a moment’s notice</li></ul> Options
