Sales Operations

Our people are our No. 1 asset, and we remain committed to making our company a great place to work for our team and family. <br /> <br />As a French speaking CSC, you work closely with your account manager to maintain existing and foster new connections with our clients. Through creativity, execution, and brand expertise, you will source and assist in presenting products to our clients, showcasing the power of merchandise. You will be in charge from the start to finish of an order, ensuring we deliver on time, for a good value, and ensure the optimal client experience<br />
Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ideate, source, and quote products based on client needs and expectations<ul><li>Build client facing presentations</li><li>Enter and maintain accurate CRM data</li><li>Multiple proficiencies to include order and supplier management. This includes price negotiation and timeline management.</li><li>Maintain relationships, troubleshoot and resolve issues and conduct final negotiations with significant suppliers and agents as necessary</li></ul></li><li>Maximise revenue through strategic sourcing to achieve budget goals<ul><li>Negotiate prices for maximum profits</li><li>Understanding of account budgets through target revenue and margin</li><li>Deliver absolute best cost, safe product with high quality and fast delivery.</li><li>Continually suggest and implement ways to lower all costs.</li></ul></li><li>Project and order management from start to finish to meet deadlines<ul><li>Direct day to day order processes, including timelines, quality, proof approvals, shipping and tracking, including contacting Clients for approvals and additional order instructions</li><li>Enrich sales orders and generate purchase orders in Oracle EBS according to BDA Requirements & SLA’s.</li><li>Manage order scope changes including updating PO’s, sending revised artwork and gaining client approval on changes</li><li>Be comfortable working with import orders; arranging testing for samples, best delivery methods etc</li><li>Communicate timely order status to the Account Manager and/or client</li><li>Proactively manage order milestones and provide solutions to issues</li><li>Schedule and follow up on project deliverables and shipments</li></ul></li><li>Work with assigned account managers in driving BDA value and meeting customer needs</li><li>Effectively manage and prioritise a daily task list as assigned by your internal team</li><li>Engage in client research to achieve account and brand expertise; maintain client profiles and requirements</li><li>Maintain high levels of professionalism when interacting with BDA employees and clients</li><li>Achieve individual performance metrics and measurements</li><li>Available to take on additional tasks as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Must have excellent communication skills in both French and English</li><li>2-3 years of experience in sales or sales support – merchandise industries, domestic and import orders a bonus</li><li>Possess outstanding customer service skills to work with both internal and external clients</li><li>Positive, Flexible, self-starter, action and results oriented</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. PowerPoint & Excel expertise a plus</li><li>Ability to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organisational skills</li><li>Proven purchasing & negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent problem solving and project management skills, proven ability to follow-up and track orders to ensure project deliverables</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while possessing excellent time management and strong attention to detail</li></ul> Options
