Overview: The Construction Services Intern will support project teams in both field and office environments, assisting with construction administration, site observations, documentation, and coordination efforts.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist with construction administration tasks including submittals, RFIs, and meeting documentation.</li> <li>Participate in site visits to observe progress and document field conditions.</li> <li>Support coordination between contractors, design teams, and clients.</li> <li>Review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.</li> <li>Assist with preconstruction efforts such as takeoffs and cost support.</li> <li>Monitor project progress related to schedule, quality, and safety.</li> <li>Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam.</li> <li>Maintain organized project documentation and logs.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.</li> <li>Provide general project support as needed.</li> </ul>
