Responsibilities: <p style="display: inline !important;"><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Location: Milliken, CO 80543, United States<br /><br /></strong><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">What You Will Be Doing<br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform general maintenance tasks of all facilities including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials in various forms of maintenance activities <ul> <li>Includes basic electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, metal fabrication, etc.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job</li> <li>Complete basic duties inclusive of maintenance equipment operation to accomplish tasks required of projects</li> <li>Updates repair procedures for future use and to communicate project status</li> <li>Utilize power tools, hand tools, mowers, tractors, shovels, welding tools, cutting torches and various safety devices to complete work orders</li> <li>Identify maintenance repair opportunities and safety concerns, work to eliminate/fix, escalate to Maintenance Supervisor if additional resources required</li> <li>Complete required paperwork on time and correctly</li> </ul> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Reality of the Job</strong></p> <ul> <li>You might work long hours during peak times</li> <li>You may work Saturdays, especially during peak season</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong data-redactor-tag="strong">What We Would Like From You</strong> <ul> <li>Basic math, electrical, plumbing and hydraulic skills</li> <li>Excellent hand-eye coordination, comfortable working at high elevation and can problem solve by looking and listening</li> <li>Ability to work as a team member and follow through with scheduled tasks and instructions</li> <li>Able to use a wide variety of hand tools and troubleshoot repairs</li> <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred</li> <li>At least one year of related experience</li> </ul>
