Overview: BURNCO is currently looking for an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Sales Representative</strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Denver, Colorado</strong>&nbsp;This is an excellent full-time opportunity and will directly report to the Aggregate Sales Manager, Colorado. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sales and pricing of commercial and residential aggregate</li> <li>Develop and maintain significant share of the local aggregate markets</li> <li>Liaise with Quality Assurance and advise customers on mix designs</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer disputes</li> <li>Ensure that the quality of work performed meets BURNCO standards</li> <li>Attend appropriate business-related functions when possible</li> <li>Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications while maintaining maximum profit margin.</li> <li>Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.</li> <li>Work with dispatch and supervisors to ensure customer orders and expectations are being met.</li> <li>Maintain familiarity of the local market, pricing, and industry activity.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum five years of relevant industry experience.</li> <li>Experience in Aggregate and/or Ready Mix Industry</li> <li>Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering or Business.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with others and build relationships.</li> <li>Analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven record of achieving goals.</li> <li>Results driven, action oriented and customer focussed.</li> <li>Highly motivated and able to work independently.</li> <li>Capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.</li> </ul>
