Responsibilities: <p style="display: inline !important;"><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Location: Milliken, CO 80543, United States<br /><br /></strong></p> <strong data-redactor-tag="strong">What you will be doing:<br /><br /></strong> <ul> <li>Oversee work of assigned maintenance team employees</li> <li>Coach and train team as needed</li> <li>Perform general maintenance tasks of all facilities including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials in various forms of maintenance activities</li> <li>Use instructions and established guidelines to perform the functions of the job</li> <li>Capable of documenting repair procedures for future use and to communicating project status</li> <li>Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner</li> <li>Contribute to keeping areas in and around facilities clean and hazard free</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong data-redactor-tag="strong">What we would like from you:</strong><br /><br /> <ul> <li>Previous management experience</li> <li>Must be able to use a wide variety of hand tools with demonstrated ability to complete essential repairs</li> <li>Commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork</li> <li>Ability to work irregular hours and on Saturdays</li> <li>Must be physically able to complete repairs when needed</li> <li>Welding experience preferred</li> <li>Bilingual is a plus</li> </ul> <br /><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">IMPORTANT:</strong>&nbsp;<em>As this is a safety sensitive position, it is a condition of employment that candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, as well as drug and alcohol testing (Cannabis included), and physical assessment testing.</em>
