Overview: The Events &amp; Email Marketing Manager, Graduate Admissions works independently to successfully create and manage up to 300 events per year across multiple locations, domestic and international, and in-person and virtual to support prospective graduate students across Babson&rsquo;s growing graduate program portfolio. Serving as the primary owner of Graduate Admissions event operations and related communications, this position plays a critical role in shaping the prospective and admitted student experience. Specifically responsible for independently managing priorities, evaluating outcomes, and implementing improvements to support enrollment goals, enhance engagement, and ensure a high-quality, student-centered experience throughout the admissions lifecycle; and managing the day-to-day operations required for ensuring high-quality and diverse recruiting events as well as email communication with prospective &amp; incoming graduate students, including event invitations and programmatic announcements. Responsibilities: <p><strong><em>Event Strategy, Planning, &amp; Execution:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Independently&nbsp;lead&nbsp;the planning and execution of a comprehensive portfolio of global recruiting events in alignment with institutional recruitment goals and under the direction of senior&nbsp;leadership.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end delivery across in-person, virtual, and on-demand formats, including content development, logistics, timelines, registration process, and promotional strategies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide day-to-day leadership&nbsp;for&nbsp;all&nbsp;event&nbsp;operations and&nbsp;partner&nbsp;engagement&nbsp;and&nbsp;serve as the primary contact for&nbsp;Graduate&nbsp;Admissions&rsquo;&nbsp;events.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Write compelling event descriptions to drive event&nbsp;engagement.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide day-of-logistical support for virtual events and&nbsp;attend in-person events as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>As new graduate programs are developed and launched, create and execute event and email promotional plans to drive conversions.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong><em>Email Marketing Management:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead&nbsp;the&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;execution&nbsp;of Graduate Admissions email marketing initiatives in alignment with enrollment goals and under the direction of senior&nbsp;leadership. Develop,&nbsp;write&nbsp;and&nbsp;deploy&nbsp;candidate&nbsp;email&nbsp;communications including&nbsp;event&nbsp;promotion,&nbsp;ad-hoc&nbsp;programmatic&nbsp;messaging, and operational&nbsp;announcements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Exercise&nbsp;decision-making&nbsp;authority&nbsp;over copy development to ensure brand consistency and market relevance. Build&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;emails,&nbsp;data extensions, and audience queries; conduct rigorous quality assurance for targeting and content accuracy; and deploy campaigns.&nbsp;Use available AI tools to craft and refresh email copy as needed.</li> <li>Manage the communications calendar to deliver a&nbsp;cohesive,&nbsp;high-quality&nbsp;candidate&nbsp;experience.
