Overview: Public Sector Banking (PSB) serves a full array of state and local governmental entities with commercial banking needs. PSB is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients who need traditional financial services and occasionally customized products to meet their financial needs.<br /><br /><strong>Shift:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>1st shift (United States of America)</li> </ul> <strong>Hours Per Week:</strong> <br /> <ul> <li>40</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including coordinating travel and expenses, provide mailing support, processing check requests, and ordering supplies as appropriate.</li> <li>Responsible for local PSB sponsorship and conference administration, which includes: <ul> <li>Registration, coordination of team attendance, sponsorship and compliance approval.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Relieves management of administrative details; gathers compiles and reports information relevant to/for the department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time.</li> <li>Communicates with the client management team to gather or convey relevant information.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Required Skills</strong><br /> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience providing administrative support.</li> <li>Time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li> <li>Experience with Workday, Concur, Ariba, TechDirect, systems</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints</li> <li>Professional work ethic</li> <li>Ability to learn and adapt new skills</li> <li>Capability of working independently with little supervision</li> </ul>
