Overview: Work directly with Leaders in Business Unit (BU) Commercial leaders, R&amp;D, Sales, and Marketing to instill a LEAN and Continuous Improvement culture supported by MOS tools and training. Collaborate, recognize and prioritize the highest impact opportunities within Business Unit. Coordinate development and execution of Kaizen Pipeline within each Business Channel, R&amp;D, and Marketing. Train and develop BU Commercial Leaders and R&amp;D Leadership in the Kaizen Leadership Process. Directly support Commercial Leadership at BU&rsquo;s to achieve strategic objectives through the use of developed MOS tools, conducting workshops including PSP RCCM and Kaizen events. Develop talent throughout Enterprise through teaching, coaching, and mentorship. Help drive best Masco standard methodologies across the BU. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Through MOS frameworks lead process improvement, capability building, and growth activities across the BU&rsquo;s.</li> <li>Teach and assist others in the use of Lean tools such as Kaizen, BPI (Business Process Improvement), VSM (Value Stream Maps), PSP (Problem Solving Process), and RCCM (Root Cause Counter Measure).</li> <li>Assist Enterprise Leadership in the development and execution of Kaizen Leadership Process utilizing a Kaizen Pipeline.</li> <li>Train, develop and certify Lean practitioners in the MOS toolset.</li> <li>Drive results in sales growth and total cost productivity (TCP) savings.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p dir="LTR"><strong>EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field; preferably Business, Finance, Sales, or related field or equivalent work experience</li> <li>MBA&nbsp;or MS degree is preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years&nbsp;of business experience; robust experience with customer facing roles in <span class="WFV2">Sales,&nbsp;Marketing,</span> Product Management, Operations, Finance or like roles.</li> <li><span class="WFV2">Demonstrated&nbsp;leadership</span> experience in a related field.</li> <li>Experience in&nbsp;the development and implementation of continuous improvement tools and training curriculum preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p dir="DEFAULT">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li><span class="WFV2">Demonstrated&nbsp;knowledge</span> and track record of delivering results in a high <span class="WFV2">performance,&nbsp;continuous</span> improvement environment through process optimization <span class="WFV2">and&nbsp;facilitation.</span></li> <li>Strong&nbsp;affinity for process optimization and data based performance improvement</li> <li>Must work well with cross functional teams, inspiring collaboration, and participation</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;bias for action and continuous improvement.
