Overview: We are looking for a self-directed problem solver who will seek to think both creatively and strategically across the BEHR DIY (B2C) team. As a member of the Brand Marketing team, you will possess a passion for media and advertising.<br /><br />We have a "start-up" mentality and are looking for someone who loves tackling new challenges and gracefully navigates ambiguity. We are looking for a highly motivated, curious individual who can bring fresh ideas to our team, has a passion for marketing, and is a natural leader. The ideal candidate will be a positive problem solver that can collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and agency partners to efficiently deliver with expedience.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Champion internal brand integration through effective communication, teamwork, excellent project management, and elevation of the importance of brand integrity</li> <li>Support Sr. Brand Manager and Brand Director in development of holistic brand marketing strategy and omnichannel marketing plans for brand and product campaigns, including continued business development (product line reviews)</li> <li>Lead day-to-day marketing activities and any other product-related assignments (campaign development, creative reviews, and approvals, vendor partnership, and management)</li> <li>Identify customer content requirements and support creative and efficient production to deliver quality content and assets</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and fulfill channel and product marketing needs, leading the process from initial briefing to completion</li> <li>Partner with the marketing brand team, digital marketing team, visual merchandising, and agency partners to initiate and execute strategically driven paid media campaigns from creative brief to market launch</li> <li>Lead brand marketing product innovation efforts, representing the team in meetings, keeping the team up to date on developments and needs, and sharing our recommendations</li> <li>Partner with Sr. Marketing Manager on research and reporting, developing insights, and recommending actions</li> <li>Collaborate with legal counsel on key matters such as name generation, trademarks, etc.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>4-7 years work experience in Marketing or Communications</li> <li>Experience managing paid media including TV, print, digital display, social and search as well as creative development</li> <li>Results-oriented, with strong organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to multi-task</li> <li>Experience collaborating with teams and leading cross-functional teams</li> <li>Strong presentation skills</li> <li>BA in Marketing, Communications or related field</li> <li>Prior agency experience preferred</li> </ul>
