Overview: <p dir="LTR">This position is responsible for creating quality brush heads in accordance with standard efficiency and safety procedures.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Creating quality brush heads by proper placement of filament in ferrule, combing the brush, and utilizing brush making tools as required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Inspecting brush heads for quality.&nbsp;</li> <li>Gathering materials, including but not limited to, ferrules, plugs, inserts, labels, pull down, and pull-down magnet to create the brush heads.&nbsp;</li> <li>Performing other job-related duties as assigned Adhere to attendance policy.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience with brush making with fine hand manipulation&nbsp;</li> <li>Must possess a high school diploma or GED</li> <li>May be required to work shifts and weekends</li> <li>Ability to travel for training in the beginning</li> </ul>
