Overview: <p dir="LTR">IT&nbsp;Accounts Support Specialists perform the business-essential function&nbsp;of being the link between&nbsp;the business&nbsp;and the&nbsp;tools that the IT Department provides.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p dir="LTR">They are responsible for tasks related to the granting or removal&nbsp;of&nbsp;access to IT systems for all users in the corporation.&nbsp;These tasks must be performed accurately and timely&nbsp;to keep the business both productive and secure. They work closely with HR, IT Administrators, and business users from across the organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p dir="LTR">They are&nbsp;also&nbsp;responsible for&nbsp;running the&nbsp;Monthly and Annual&nbsp;Termination Control and investigating any anomalies found.&nbsp;Integral to the&nbsp;success of the control, IT Accounts Support Specialists&nbsp;ensure that the request and approvals for access and removal are tracked and recorded.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Monitoring various reports and other means of communication from our Human Resources Department that contains information regarding new hires, LOAs, and Terminations.</li> <li>Identify, complete, and track the tasks needed to grant, temporarily suspend, or secure access to IT resources for Employees, Temporary Workers, and Contractors.</li> <li>Create and maintain records in a manner that ensures we stay within compliance and can be used to prove compliance to external auditors.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /><strong>EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAINING:</strong> <br /> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li> <li>Associate's degree in a computer-related field a plus. </li> <li>2 years of experience in a computer support role with knowledge of onboarding, Leave of Absence, and Termination concepts, SOX, and audits preferred. </li> </ul> <br /><strong>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:</strong> <br /> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written </li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaborate with others from all areas of the business. </li> <li>Ability to identify, report, and investigate when anomalies are discovered. </li> <li>Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on account creation and licensing, respectively.</li> <li>Able to perform sensitive tasks while maintaining professional confidentiality.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.</li> <li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.</li> <li>Ability to perform critical thinking skills. </li> </ul> <br /><strong>SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong> <br /> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate and work well with employees from all departments and locations. </li> <li>Can prioritize and maintain workflow day to day in a dynamic environment.</li> </ul>
