Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle strategic recruiting to implement and manage effective, results-driven sourcing and recruiting that meets company objectives. The role will be responsible for collaborating on workforce planning, developing diverse sourcing strategies, building &ldquo;out-of-the-box&rdquo; recruiting plans, ensuring pre-qualification and presentation of top candidates to hiring managers, leading and facilitating post-interview calibration processes, and developing and negotiating offers with candidates. This role will initially support our corporate support team located in Santa Ana, California.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop pro-active sourcing strategies that support short and long-term hiring needs.</li> <li>Build key talent pipelines through continuous sourcing.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to define requirements for open positions.</li> <li>Develop recruiting plans to meet short and longer-term organizational needs.</li> <li>Conduct and lead post-interview calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure the process to evaluate and compare candidates and select the highest quality candidates.</li> <li>Develop and close competitive offers in collaboration with people services partners and hiring managers.</li> <li>Build strong partnerships with the People Services team and work collaboratively to understand business and operational strategies.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>B.S. or B.A. in related fields or equivalent work experience</li> <li>Minimum of 1-3 years in a strategic talent acquisition function and experience with full-cycle recruitment supporting all levels of corporate support positions</li> <li>Ability to foster relationships with a diverse workforce</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all individuals.</li> <li>Must be able to track and manage multiple projects and/or high volume recruitment workload</li> </ul>
