Responsibilities: <ul> <li dir="LTR">Participate in the operation of a brush component assembly that is assigned (Epoxy pour, clean and trim, filament mixing, brush head and handle assembly and stamping, and final trim inspection and packaging)</li> </ul> <p dir="LTR">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Ensure proper brush making components are staged for their specific production line and that areas are clean and neat.</li> <li>Inspect production line operations and finished goods to ensure proper appearance of product; handle stamping, keeper placement and final packaging and that line checks and regularly conduct quality control inspections at each stage of production.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure adequate raw materials such as filament, ferrules, inserts, plugs and handles or other material are available and alert supervisor of any material needs and required repairs to equipment.</li> <li>Operate material handling equipment to demonstrate equipment operation to brush line personnel and to move product and other materials as needed.</li> <li>Acquire proper keepers, labeling, and boxes to properly package and inspect finished brushes. Appropriately batch and verify bar code accuracy.</li> <li>Maintain equipment in proper, clean working condition and request maintenance help when needed.</li> </ul>
