As part of the Brand Marketing team for BEHR PRO, you&rsquo;ll need to be agile, work comfortably under direction and within an established framework, yet also adept at identifying need states and proposing solutions and action plans independently to keep projects moving forward. Responsibilities: <ul> <li dir="LTR">Supports Brand Marketing Director in the communication of their vision, goals and initiatives. &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Ensures consistent brand strategy and appropriate creative execution of brands in all communication materials and channels. &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Independently leads cross-functional teams from a variety of departments including Graphics, Digital, Sales, R&amp;D, New Product Development, and Legal. &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Works with agency partners, freelancer copywriters, vendors, and Marketing Shared Services team members to cascade strategic ideas across platforms and customer touch points. &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Leads Content Marketing Program (Blog, CRM/Email, SMS, Social, etc.) including content calendar <span class="WGL2">conceptualization/management,</span> conduct research/interviews, copywriting/content editing, image/video sourcing, proofreading, legal review and posting.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Writes clear, attractive copy that reflects our brand&rsquo;s voice in multiple channels and to various pro customer segments.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Edits and proofreads copy as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Incorporates SEO principals to improve copy&rsquo;s reach.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Leads all Digital projects and content development in collaboration with the Digital Team.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Collaborates with Customer Care team on Social Media Community Management.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Leads all Public Relations planning and management. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -47px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li dir="LTR">4-year Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field required. &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">3-5 years' work experience in B2B marketing &amp; advertising, including project management experience. &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Copywriting skill set required.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Building industry category experience required, painting industry experience a plus.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Digital advertising knowledge and experience required, with a strong understanding of SEO concepts preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Agency experience preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p dir="LTR"><strong><span class="WGL2">KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES</span> RECOMMENDED FOR POSITION:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="LTR">Broad knowledge of B2B marketing/sales principles and practices and integrated marketing communications &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Experience in producing copy for digital and print channels&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Demonstrate success in leading a business social media presence and outstanding skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, and coordinate a range of work activities or tasks to meet department and project timelines. &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally, including leading all aspects of the work of outside agencies and freelance copywriters.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Strong interpersonal and project management skills with the ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with leadership, team members, cross-functional team members, vendors, and customers. &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Ability to prepare campaign performance reports and compose original correspondence, letters or memos in an accurate and professional manner.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Capable of communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. &nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).&nbsp;</li> <li dir="LTR">Ability to travel as the position requires.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
