Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Supervise the warehouse staff to ensure proper stock rotation.</li> <li>Delegate and prioritize the picking of customer orders.</li> <li>Ensure that all orders are shipped with the correct products, including all tinting.</li> <li>Coordinate all shipping and receiving functions with trucking company representatives and the Corporate Transportation <span class="WEV2">Department.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</li> <li>Release customer orders in the system &ldquo;PGI&rdquo;.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -76px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Educational attainment equivalent to high school graduation</li> <li>Considerable stock control and warehousing experience</li> <li>Work in a lead or supervisory capacity</li> </ul> <p dir="LTR">KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES</p> <p dir="LTR">Possess a clear understanding of supervisory principles and techniques</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate effectively&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to organize and delegate orders to meet deadlines and to coordinate shipping of products on time</li> <li>Ability to demonstrate the operation and use of a forklift, deep reach, lift truck, pallet rider, shrink wrap machine, tint machine, and paint shakers</li> <li>Ability to train warehouse center staff</li> <li>Possess extensive knowledge of warehouse equipment set-up operations and maintenance&nbsp;</li> </ul>
