Overview: A Sales Operations Specialist serves as a point of contact for external customers and sales team members regarding the operations and logistics of sales-related programs and initiatives. The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for company master data accuracy and compliance; and will provide ongoing support to the sales team on current systems and technology.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Administer and coordinate the sales onboarding process for newly hired sales team members and lead the sales team&rsquo;s change in status</li> <li>Develop and implement new customer and material master data based on customer contracted and/or business requirements</li> <li>Mange, track, coordinate, and reconcile customer&rsquo;s merchandise orders to ensure timely delivery</li> <li>Collaborate with internal and external teams for the successful launch of sales initiatives and programs to ensure alignment organization-wide on operational/sales goals</li> <li>Govern, create, maintain, and audit SAP and CRM customer and financial master data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal SOX controls</li> <li>Manage, build, monitor, and quality assurance of product content management in internal, external, and customer&rsquo;s systems</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues identified, perform root cause analysis, determine and deliver solution-based course of action</li> <li>Coordinate and lead sales team/training meetings, facility tours, presentation materials, and conference calls.</li> <li>Provide ad hoc reporting to the sales management team.</li> <li>Developing standard operating procedures</li> </ul>
