Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Prepare expense budgets, capital budgets, and monthly financial reports in coordination with management, business units, and staff.</li> <li>Prepare forecasts, monthly analyses, and projections related to the financial performance of the Company in comparison to established goals.</li> <li>Maintain historical database of all reports and analysis</li> <li>Identify cost savings and financial impact on the quality of product or service</li> <li>Develop new sourcing and analytical tools and improve existing reports to strengthen our financial understanding of the business and drive outstanding decision-making by senior management.</li> <li>Support in presentation material preparation for new product launches or enhancements to existing products. Assist in the preparation of profit and loss statements for new initiatives.</li> <li>Ad-hoc financial analysis to support various departments, suppliers, and customers</li> <li>Ability to interact with all departments in a very professional and customer service-oriented manner.</li> <li>Analyze operating results and monthly forecast; identify challenges and research potential recommendations; provide management with a clear understanding of the company&rsquo;s financial progress.</li> <li>Develop presentations for senior management and lead projects as assigned.</li> <li>Represent the department effectively to senior executives.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -21px; top: -20px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or equivalent work experience</li> <li>Big 5 accounting experience preferred</li> <li>Three years or more of financial analysis or public accounting experience</li> </ul> <strong><br />Knowledge/ skills/ abilities</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Effective &amp; professional interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong financial modeling skills</li> <li>Advanced PC skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word</li> <li>Ability to think analytically, creatively and independently</li> <li>Proven initiative and drive to achieve results</li> <li>Familiarity with SAP and Business Warehouse</li> <li>Manufacturing experience preferred</li> <li>Possess good organization skills</li> </ul>
