Overview: The People Services Sr. HRIS Consultant will be the subject matter expert and be responsible for HRIS, business process design, user experience and reporting and analytics. Responsible for working closely with the People Services Leadership team to provide data and insights to business leaders on compensation and People Services data.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Utilize Workday and find ways to optimize the tool to its full functionality.</li> <li>Manage and own our HRIS systems providing systems solutions to business problems.</li> <li>HRIS designate for enterprise-wide system collaboration</li> <li>Accountable for managing, developing, and coaching HRIS team members.</li> <li>Responsible for training on HRIS and processes.</li> <li>Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data.</li> <li>Develop dashboards for reporting key metrics.</li> <li>Ability to prepare clear, concise, oral, and written reports both narrative and statistical.</li> <li>Understand, interpret, and apply Company policies and procedures as well as applicable federal, state, and local policies, laws, and regulations.</li> <li>Plan and organize work to meet changing priorities and deadlines.</li> <li>Analyze data and information using established criteria, in order to determine consequences and to identify and select alternatives.</li> <li>Strong business and Human Resources acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain career paths and job descriptions and conduct FLSA reviews to ensure company compliance.</li> <li>Project manage the annual merit planning process.</li> <li>Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in existing processes and procedures.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field &nbsp;</li> <li>5 Years experience managing HR systems</li> <li>Previous people leadership</li> <li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills</li> <li>Advanced experience of Excel and strong proficiency with PowerPoint for creation of presentations</li> <li>Independent self-starter who can work with minimal direction and isn&rsquo;t afraid to make recommendations to improve processes</li> <li>Experience working with Workday or related HRIS system</li> <li>Strong project management</li> </ul>
