Overview: As the first point of contact at the community, the Concierge provides exceptional customer service, greeting residents, families, and visitors while supporting sales, marketing, and business office functions. Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns</li> <li>Answer and route incoming calls professionally</li> <li>Assist with scheduling transportation and medical appointments</li> <li>Monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment- vacuum, dust, take out garbage</li> <li>Manage hospitality bar- refill water, coffee, stock tea/hot cocoa </li> <li>Deliver mail and packages to neighbors</li> <li>Support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks</li> <li>Assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance</li> <li>Encourage resident participation in community activities by setting up evening movies, snacks</li> <li>Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required</li> <li>Follow and communicate company policies and procedures</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Previous experience in customer service or answering phones preferred</li> <li>Must be 18 years or older</li> <li>First Aid certification required</li> <li>Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email</li> </ul> <br />
