You will manage the lobby experience, answer calls, and help ensure a welcoming, professional environment.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns.</li> <li>Answer and route incoming calls professionally.</li> <li>Assist with scheduling resident appointments, and transportation schedule.</li> <li>Monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment.</li> <li>Support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks.</li> <li>Assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance.</li> <li>Encourage resident participation in community activities.</li> <li>Set up activities in the evenings: movie or game nights, snacks and drinks.</li> <li>Occasionally assist serving staff with pouring drinks at meal times.</li> <li>Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required.</li> <li>Follow and communicate company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
