Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: <strong><span style="font-size: small;">Develops strategic relationships with our TOP customer to fully understand their strategies and pain points and champion new critical initiatives, capabilities and medical management programs to improve overall customer satisfaction and improved group outcomes.</span></strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Develop strategic relationships and forums with our Top 10 customers and other Blues Plans. Coordinates cross functional initiatives to recognize and address the customer perspective and concerns.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Bring insights from the market as inputs to our HPB roadmap to deliver new innovative initiatives/programs that align with our customers&rsquo; strategies to improve cost position.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Contribute and consult on innovation work streams and HCV roadmap development of Medical Management Initiatives to ensure the group customers&rsquo; needs are met and the company is focused on the right initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Drive education and understanding of our Group Customers within BCBSM/BCN (employee customer understanding).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Provide high level oversight and leadership to business unit and lead change effectively.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Develop strategic relationships and forums with other Blues Plans&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Prepare and deliver formal presentations, discussion documents, and department updates to the senior executive team.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Coach and develop team members within the department.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Perform other related duties as required.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Bachelor's Degree in related field required.&nbsp; Master's Degree preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Seven (7) years experience to include working with large ASC accounts, analytic driven decision processes and leadership responsibilities.&nbsp; Preferred experience to include designing customer programs to meet strategic needs, operational and or clinical responsibilities.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Preferred-State of Michigan Accident and Health Insurance License</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Ability to work independently and prioritize and adapt to changing conditions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Ability to plan, facilitate and conduct group presentations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Ability to collaborate with customers and other areas to facilitate positive developments and outcomes.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, plus negotiation and presentation skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Ability to analyze data and make decisions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Ability to identify and implement process improvement ideas.</span></li> </ul>
